Head on over there and let me know what you think, get voting, join in the fights… because Article Marketing and best way to do it is actually one of the most controversial subjects in Internet Marketing!
Yep!
But Article Marketing is dull, right? It’s only for the new guys… Yawn!
But what about Article Spinning (and related software)? Multiple submission… does it work? Duplicate content… Is it an issue? How do you optimise your Articles? Where’s the best place to submit them?
Head on over to the lens and find out and take part in the debates!
PS. Like I’ve said before… at ANC we do the breaking stuff, right? Not last year’s news, last year’s niches… oh! and we don’t try and charge ya $99 / month, like some, just for keyword lists. You want those? Get MicroNicheFinder and save yourself a packet.
PPS. You can still join ANC for as little as $7. (And always will be able to BTW)
Hint:-
(Only ANC insiders will guess what the niche is from that! LOL!)
Twitter is cool but you only get 140 characters for each Tweet, so you have to brief.
That’s not as hard as you think. Short sharp and to the point messages are usually the best anyway.
But, as often as not, we as IMers want to include a link in our tweets back to our sites, blogs or even the merchant (although I wouldn’t recommend you include affiliate links – just too ‘hard sell’ for Twitter).
Dave tweets breaking news stories back to the relevant page on our blog, for example and we get a fair bit of traffic from there.
The problem is any link you include uses up some of your 140 character limit. So you need to shorten it and you can use TinyURL for that.
But I’ve found a really neat tool called Tweetburner that allows you to not only shorten and share your links but TRACK them as well!
It’s a free service and is a little clunky just now but it works great.
Over time it should give you an idea of what style of Tweet and link works best.
Seen as Dave’s gone ‘gizmo’ crazy, thought I’d mention another free site for niche research and ideas that he’s probably forgotten about.
I was reminded of it by Travis (Mr BumMarketingMethod) over at the Wealthy Affiliateforum yesterday.
It’s called KwMaps and you can access it here. (No need to sign up or anything)
You pop a keyword phrase in and it gives you a map of related topics. Always useful to look for different angles or when you are expanding your campaigns. Here’s a screen shot:-
The closer you are to the center the more relevant you are...
And you get a list of keywords:-
And a whole list of relevant websites to look at…
Just helps you get a broader picture… so, check it out.
Hey I found a great little FREE toolbar gizmo! Now, as you know I’m not really a fan of gizmos but this one’s pretty cool and it’s FREE! That I like!
It’s called CashKeywords and you install it as a toolbar… errr obviously.
And what it does is help you organise your niche research with various options. So, you can kinda get at everything quickly and easily from one spot. Here’s a screen shot:-
CashKeywords Toolbar
So, what does it do?
Briefly, you pop a keyword into the search box and then click on the various icons which then give you information on the following:-
Keyword Phrases
Affiliate Offers
Trends
Demographics
News
Articles
Other Cool Stuff
It’s a little fiddly at first and you have to have accounts for certain places but I think it’s a pretty good ‘one stop shop’ for your niche research.
