wow these are some great free guides, stuff like this normally goes for $47 or more!!! Thanks so much they really helped me understand WP much better!

Yes, I agree video is not all it’s cracked on to be. Some of this stuff, whilst not hard, is kinda fiddly, easy to miss bits. It would be a nightmare going backwards and forwards on video.
