Because we’ve found a great theme called ‘Techozoic Fluid’ by Jeremy Clark and it’s the most customisable theme we’ve come across. And the best part is it’s FREE!

Just install and head for the settings options.

You can have up to three columns, in any order you want. You can make the page width fluid or fixed to any size you want.

Easily add any header image you want and change the backgrounds to suit.

One page landers? You got ‘em. Simply remove the Nav menu and sidebar on a page by page basis.

Customise your Nav menus, single tier, two tier and breadcrumb.

Social Network integration is included and you can place ads on the home page and between posts.

Pick whatever colors and fonts you want and more…

It’s fully SEO friendly with the correct use of H1 and H2 tags unlike many themes out there.

We’re now using this theme on a lot of our successful niche sites.
