Terms & Conditions

DISSATISFACTION

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services of COMPANY after receipt of any services or electronic digital goods, COMPANY will work with you to try and resolve the issue. You are under no obligation to continue with COMPANY, and can cancel your membership at any time.

REFUNDS

Under no circumstance does THE COMPANY provide refunds to dissatisfied customers. All services are accurately represented and explained within the THE COMPANY website. For this reason, refund requests shall be ignored. It is the sole responsibility of YOU to read and understand what services THE COMPANY offers prior to signing up. By reading this you understand that the COMPANY fee (prior to 8th October 2009 12.00 noon EST) is based on a monthly subscription of $9.00 per month that re bills once per month, and a prepaid 1-year subscription of $87.00 that re bills yearly. Note: From the 8th October 2009 (12.00 noon EST) the COMPANY fee is based on a STANDARD or ANNUAL DISCOUNT package as follows:-

Standard Package = $49 for the 1st month, then $14.95 / month thereafter.
Annual Discount Package = $129 / year billed annually

In addition, from time to time the COMPANY may at it’s sole discretion allow limited time ’special price’ trial periods. Notwithstanding if you signed up during such a period / offer you understand that you will be re billed at the end of the trial period /offer at the normal rates as stated above. THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME FEE AND WILL CONTINUE TO BILL UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

TERMINATION

It is the responsibility of YOU to cancel your recurring subscription if you wish to discontinue your service with the COMPANY. Cancellation may be done by logging into your PayPal account and canceling the subscription.

AFFILIATES

To be an Affiliate you MUST have a PayPal account and be a current active member when any Affiliate commissions are generated by you to receive them.

Therefore if you cancel your subscription you immediately forfeit any Affiliate commissions that may be subsequently generated by any of your active links that remain in place or are generated by any direct follow ups to the client by us.

Affiliates must ACCURATELY reflect the COMPANY services and fees as depicted on this website and contained within the COMPANY LEGAL DISCLAIMER and TERMS & CONDITIONS. Affiliates are expressly forbidden from offering fee discounts in any shape or form or falsely representing the fee structure above in any way. Furthermore affiliates must not state that any refunds are available from the COMPANY. Affiliates who fail to comply with the COMPANY LEGAL DISCLAIMER and TERMS & CONDITIONS will forfeit and fees due and will have their account canceled at the COMPANY’S sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW

All Affiliate Commissions accumulated by YOU while promoting the affiliatenicheclub.com Program must be claimed as income in your jurisdiction. WE are not responsible for making these claims for you.
