This is a really awesome talk by author and media theorist Douglas Rushkoff at Google HQ recently. He focuses on some extremely thought provoking concepts for everyone to consider about the digital world we live in. I wanted to share this because I think it’s especially important to think about right now if you’re in Internet marketing.

Hey guys, checked out my new Flip Video Cam toy today and I can tell you this little Gizmo is AWESOME!

It’s gonna be a just great for my video postcard from Whitby! And video marketing in general…

I’ve rarely come across something like this that does exactly what it says. And talk about easy to use…

From start to finish using the Flip was a breeze. The video quality is excellent.

If you’ve been following me on Twitter you will know that I’m going to Whitby to meet up with my son, Shaun and his girl. 1st week in June and I’m super pumped up and can’t wait!

I’ll be taking the lap-top with me (I know…I know… it’s a holiday, right?)

But I want to do a daily ‘postcard’ from Whitby right here on the blog! With pics and everything so you can follow our adventures. And I ALWAYS have adventures whenever I go anywhere!

OK, It’s still early days in my experimenting with Twitter and at the moment I am targeting the IM crowd.

There is a (mostly) general consensus that the more followers you have the better to spread your message.

Ottis has a couple of great tips for you, it’s a long video because he also show you how he edited the video using “Windows Movie Maker” but most of you will probably have this software installed too.
